These recipes are very nutritious, yummy, very easy to prepare and liked by everyone, even by fussy eaters like kids. lets start&#8230;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li><u><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">GOOSEBERRY SHERBET (AMLA SHERBET)<\/span><\/strong><\/u><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>INGREDIENTS:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>2 Gooseberry (amla)<\/li><li>250 ml Water<\/li><li>1-2 tsp Sugar \/ powdered jaggery \/ stevia<\/li><li>As per taste \u2013 salt, black pepper powder, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, black salt<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>PROCEDURE:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li>Boil the gooseberry in \u00bd cup water.<\/li><li>When it becomes soft, remove from the gas and allow it to cool.<\/li><li>Remove seeds. Put it in blender with remaining water, sugar, salt and grind it. Diabetics can avoid sugar.<\/li><li>Strain and add chaat masala, black pepper powder, cumin powder, black salt as per your taste.<\/li><li>Serve chilled.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>2. <u>AMLA PICKLE<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>INGREDIENTS:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1 kg amlas<\/li><li>2-3 tbsp mustard oil (sarson ka tel)<\/li><li>2 tsp fenugreek seeds (methe)<\/li><li>2 tsp fennel seeds (saunf)<\/li><li>4 inch pc ginger- peeled and sliced (adrak)<\/li><li>5-6 green chillies<\/li><li>Salt \u2013 acc to taste<\/li><li>Red chilli powder \u2013 acc to taste<\/li><li>1 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)<\/li><li>1 tsp mustard seeds powder (rai powder)<\/li><li>200 gms jaggery &#8211; crushed (gud)<\/li><li>\u00bd cup vinegar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>PROCEDURE:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li>Boil amlas until soft.<\/li><li>Separate the seeds and pulp. Discard the seeds.<\/li><li>Blend green chillies, ginger and handful of boiled amlas in a blender along with little water.<\/li><li>Heat the mustard oil in a pan till it reaches its smoking point. Once the white wisps of smoke waft up, switch off the flame. Let it cool for sometime.<\/li><li>Again switch on the flame, add fenugreek seeds and fennel seeds.<\/li><li>Add blended paste of ginger, green chillies and amlas. Cook for few minutes.<\/li><li>Add salt, red pepper, turmeric powder and mustard powder and cook for few minutes.<\/li><li>Add boiled amlas. Mix and cook for few minutes.<\/li><li>Add jaggery (crushed) and vinegar. Diabetics can avoid jaggery.<\/li><li>&nbsp;Cook for few minutes and serve.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">3. <u>GOOSEBERRY GINGER DETOX RECIPE<\/u> (S-2)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>INGREDIENTS:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1 cup amla (deseeded and chopped)<\/li><li>1 inch ginger, peeled and chopped<\/li><li>1 lemon juice<\/li><li>\u00bd tsp rock salt (<strong>OPTIONAL<\/strong>)<\/li><li>Sugar \u2013 acc to taste (<strong>OPTIONAL<\/strong>)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>PROCEDURE:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li>Blend and enjoy. Diabetics can avoid sugar and hypertensives can avoid rock salt.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Do try the recipes and give your feedback.
